Who better to be "America's cuddle expert" than Chuck Gaidica? Chuck started issuing his famous cuddle alerts almost 30-years ago. A cuddle alert was Chuck's fun idea, a way to alert people to impending cold weather and the need for cuddling. It worked, and over the years Chuck has issued cuddle alerts on numerous radio and television stations and even on NBC's Today Show while substituting for Al Roker.

Cuddlealert.com was created to be a company that promotes the health and wellness of cuddling, while encouraging people of all ages to connect at a deeper level.

Chuck is an Emmy Award-winning television and radio personality in Detroit, Michigan. He invented the phrase "Cuddle Alert" as a fun, call to action during cold weather outbreaks. The alert is a platonic reason to cuddle with somebody for warmth and much more; a healthful connection of two souls. Chuck has spent years researching the connection between cuddling and our wellness.

As a weather forecaster, Chuck has been issuing "Cuddle Alerts" on TV and radio for nearly 30-years. He has been seen on NBC's Today Show issuing a "Cuddle Alert" nationally. As America's Cuddle Expert, Chuck is also a frequent motivational speaker.

Chuck and his Susan, have five children and live in Northville, Michigan. They love their family and their dogs. They have a rich church life and a deep relationship with God. A portion of the proceeds from all of Chuck's projects will benefit charity. Chuck can be seen on WDIV-TV, Local 4, Detroit weekdays at 4, 5, 6 & 11pm.
